Ann Arbor Democratic Party to Host Annual Labor Day Picnic Fundraiser
-Featuring Democratic candidates Mark Totten for Attorney General,
Godfrey Dillard for Secretary of State, Debbie Dingell for Congress
and many others for federal, state and local offices-

ANN ARBOR – On Monday, September 1st, 2014 members and friends of the Ann Arbor Democratic Party will host their annual picnic fundraiser in honor of Labor Day at Island Park in Ann Arbor. The event will include Ann Arbor city council members, Washtenaw county commissioners, judges, and other elected officials, along with a full picnic meal. The event will feature headliners Mark Tooten for Attorney General, Godfrey Dillard for Secretary of State, and Debbie Dingell for Congress. Local Labor Leaders Ian Robinson and Steven Gulick will serve as Honorary Chairs.

WHAT: An annual picnic fundraiser

Enjoy music, yard games, remarks from Democratic candidates for office and delicious food. Children are welcome and encouraged to attend.

WHEN: Monday, September 1, 2014 – 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

WHERE: Island Park, 1450 Island Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan.
